Rewind: In the spirit that I'm a Disney gal at heart, today's throwback isn't that old but it just feels like it. Demi Lovato has changed so much since her Disney debut. Here's one of her first videos "This is Me". --I love this song although I've never watched Camp Rock (or High School Musical).
