Romeo Gets a New Leading Role

Not so little Romeo will star in Tyler Perry's new movie. Madea's Witness Protection. The Movie stars the likes of John Amos, Denise Richards and many more. The movie is Perry's fourth movie of 2012. Witness Protection focuses on a high CFO named George who's at the center of a Ponzi scheme in New Your City. George is listed in the Witness Protection Program along with his family and end up down south with Madea (played by Perry) and her family.

Rapper 50 Cent may have many other problems but money doesn’t seem to be one of them. 50 is betting a million dollars on the Giants to win the Superbowl and to make things a little more interesting if they lose he’ll get naked and post the picture on Twitter. The challenge came from one of his followers @mybestassests who vows to post a naked picture of herself if Giants win.

Coupled Up: After months of ignoring the speculation, singer Jason Derulo has finally admitted that him and Jordin Sparks are dating. The "It Girl" singer fractured his neck recently while rehearsing.He finally opened up to People Magazine:

"She lives in Phoenix and she comes [to Miami] and takes care of me, brings me breakfast in bed and she'll go on walks with me. We've gotten closer because of my accident. It's awesome to have someone you can talk to and she's a wonderful person."

Oh Really: Not a big sports fan but I found it interesting to see that rapper Birdman is betting $5 million on the New England Patriots to beat the Giants on February 5 at the Superbowl. Last year he lost $2 Million betting on the Miami Heat. According to Forbes Birdman can afford to lose money, he made $2 Million in 2011.

Randomness: World's biggest Nintendo Controller Works

Randomness:This Nintendo Controller is 265 pounds built by engineer students at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Not only is this the largest game controller in the world but it can be hooked up to a TV and actually work with a Nintendo system. It's about 12ft long and don't expect it to end up at your house any time soon. The controller cost about $6000 to put together.

Ashanti Talks Reconciling with Ja Rule

 Songwriter and singer Ashanti recently sat down with “The Rickey Smiley Morning Show" where she spoke on various topics from her new entertainment label to her new single. Interestingly enough she spoke on her relationship with former label mate and close friend Ja Rule.

We had a three-and-a-half hour conversation and we just hashed out years and years and years of stuff. That’s my brother. I love him and I hope he’s doing well. I think he’s in good spirits. We’ve all been through a lot. We’ve all grown. We’ve all learned. We were all young starting out in the industry. We hashed out a lot of stuff and we needed that.”

The Revolution Won't Be Televised for Much Longer

 The new lifestyle series "The Revolution" on ABC tackles lifestyle topics to help the audience make positive choices. The show features hosts Ty Pennington, Tim Gunn, Dr. Tiffanie Davis Henry, Dr. Jennifer Ashton, and celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. It turns out this revolution might not be lasting too long on account of the low ratings. The show averages 1.9 viewers. The soap One Life To Live managed 2.9. It looks like the producers there at ABC made a big boo boo here. ABC expected The Revolution to be a big hit with all the money spent on promoting it.

The Summer Swimwear Post

Although there is snow on the ground in most places where it's supposed to snow. It's great to think ahead. In fact its the best time of year for most to buy a swimsuit because most likely they're on sale. What better way to thaw out, then looking at bikinis and monkinis. Here's a little motivation to get through hibernation this winter.
First is this rainbow colored monkini from Make Me Chic.com (a wonderful site by the way. I haven't had a chance to purchase anything from here, but it looks nice when I do I'll shoot you guys a review). It's 37.50 and it'll definitely make you stand out on the beach somewhere.

Next is this cute ensemble from UrbanOG (love the clothes on this site. I've been a fan for quite a while) this white and red polka dotted bikini has a little retro vibe to it. You can get your hands on it for $24.60.


Another Urban OG favorite is this red white and blue retro Halter Bandeau top bikini for $26.40.

Also, there's this Rasta colored Color block Bikini at Hot Topic that will run you $40 because it's priced in parts. I love the colors here.


I was searching for Rihanna's silver one piece ensemble for less, haven't done so yet and I refuse to pay the price for a Norma Kamali. My pockets can't exactly justify such an expense. But I stumbled upon this ASOS Bandeau one piece in white. It looks great and it's only $19.70.

Last but not least there's this floral one piece ensemble I snagged from Forever21 online that's still on sale for $20. They have a lot of nice swimwear on sale now and they're pretty good with shipping prices and time. I manage to buy me a nice swimsuit from them every year.

Katy Perry to Become Real Life Sim

If real life stardom wasn’t enough for Katy Perry she has announced that she will be starring in the new Sims 3 game coming out. The singer will be turned into a Sim for the The Sims 3 Showtime, Katy Perry- which is said to be a whole set of multiple games revolving around Katy. It will be a collections edition. It’s said to be as authentic as possible with wardrobe, sets, wigs and even Katy Perry will appear in the game. Katy is no stranger to The Sim world. Her hit single “Hot & Cold” was recorded in Simlish and was one of the top Sim songs. The Sims 3 Showtime will feature careers such as singers, acrobats, musicians, and deejays. The Sims 3 Showtime is available for preorder now but will not hit shelves until March.  Katy of course is very excited.

Original Spice Girls Reunion

Fans of the world known Spice Girls rejoice, there may be a reunion in the works. Word has it that Spice Girls may come back together to perform for the Summer Olympics in London. The girls are currently working hard on their musical “Viva Forever”. It’s been almost four years since the girls last got together. Everyone with the exception of one Spice Girl is up for the reunion. Victoria  Beckham seems to be the only hold up. Her husband just signed a contract with LA Galaxy and she seems very happy in the states with her family. Mel B is very excited. According to Radar Online.

Jenelle From Teen Mom Was Arrested....Again.

This may not come as a surprise to most people but Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans is starting off the year to a bumpy start. She was arrested…again. She was released on a hefty bond after being held for harassing her former roommate Hannah. Of course the gal took to Facebook to explain herself after being released.

Yes I was arrested again. It’s okay, Hannah’s just calling her own bluffs,” Evans wrote. “How can I harass u with phone calls when u clearly don’t own a cell phone? I’ve dropped this argument weeks ago. Haven’t been paying attention to u but u have the balls to tell yr little ‘fans’.. ‘imma f***ing kill that bitch’ ?! How’s [sic] threatening who here?!”

Oh boy! She also explains it’s going to go down when it’s time for court.
